| Changing Theme

Front Page 2000 has a feature called themes,
which may have a collection of page design element that have
a given look and feel, which you can use to get your page
off to a good start. Themed pages consist of banner, images
and a navigation bar at the top of the page and a background
image that goes with them. Basically the Theme dialog box
consists of three main sections.

The Theme sample area does nothing more
than showing you what the theme looks like. These include
banners, navigation buttons, heading styles, bulleted list
and three types of hyperlinks: regular, followed and active.
The options area, down the left side of
the screen, lets you select a theme and alter it.

topmost option contains the radio buttons for applying
a theme, Whether to the entire site or selected pages(s). |

The theme
list is listed below. One of these is No Theme selected
if you don't want a theme. For the rest you need only
click a theme name the graphical elements appear in the
theme sample area. |

The Vivid
colors option provides a richer and brighter set of theme
color, while the active Graphics option converts the current
button into Dynamic HTML elements. Background Image uses
a graphic for the background selected. Apply Using CSS
lets you establish styles using Cascading Style Sheet. |
There are three buttons along the bottom
of the Theme dialog box: Cancel, OK and Modify. The Cancel
button takes you out of the dialog box, without implementing
any changes you might have made. The Ok button closes the
dialog box, but implements all the changes. The third button
Modify is the complex choice of the three. Clicking this yields
five additional buttons Color, Graphics, Text, Save and Save
as. Used for respective modifications.
