Creating a Hover button is an easy way to add animation to your web without any scripting. Like any other button, a Hover button contains a hyperlink to another page or file. However, when a site visitor clicks or points to a Hover button, the button can also glow, display a custom picture, or play a sound effect.

Select the Insert menu.

Select Component.

Click the Hover button.

The Hover button is placed on the form and the Hover button properties dialog box appears. Click the Button text box.
