Clips can be imported into the Gallery in two ways i.e. from On-line and from other folder. Clip on-line button is used to import the clips on-line and by default it gets stored in the Downloaded clip category. Otherwise click on the Import Clip button.

Select Insert from menu bar.

Select Picture from the drop-down menu.

Select Clip Art... from the sub-menu.

Select Import clips.

Double click on the New.png image.
