Site visitors can select a check box or radio button by clicking it. However, you can make a selectable label so that a site visitor can also select the field by clicking the accompanying text which provides an easier way to select options and improves accessibility. In Page view type text next to the field for which you want a label. Select the text and the field. On the Insert menu, point to Forms and then click Label.

Type "option1" near the first radio button and move the mouse to the radio button to select both the text and the radio button.

Select the Insert menu.

Select Form.

Click the Label.

The text option is now associated with the radio button. The radio button can be selected either by clicking the button or the text.
