You can import a folder or a text file from your local file system, your corporate intranet, or the World Wide Web. Microsoft FrontPage places a copy of the file or folder in your web. You can import a file that your operating system supports. You can also create a list of files or folders to import at another time, and change the URLs of files before you import them.

Select Insert menu.

Click File...

Select the file to be opened as "Sample"

Click Open

The content of the file sample are inserted in to the page.
