Access keys are used to give direct keyboard
access to form elements. An element is assigned to a particular
hot key and when that key is pressed in tandem with the Alt
key (IBM users) or cmd key (Apple users) the FORM element
gets focus. To set an access key for a Form element, use the
access key attribute. Its value specifies the character of
the key you want to assign to the element.
