Building your HTML Document > Anchors <A..>...</A>

The next item in the list, "brain" is added to it and an italics effect is given to it.

A definition list is added after the second item of the first list. You can see the definition terms are given with the <DT> tag and the definitions are given with the <DD> tag. The definition terms are given an italics effect.

Then the next item in the list is added. A new unordered list is started inside the item "spirit". The item "spirit " is given an italics effect.

After adding one more list item "soul" to the list, next unordered list with a single item "light body" is added and a different bulleting style is given to it. The bulleting style is given a type element "disc".

We have closed the lists with </> closing tags. We have given a link for the word "LINK" to the letter "e" in our earlier example. On clicking the link a new target window will open, which will display letter "e" of the document.

You now see the preview of the page in Internet Explorer. Note the text formatting of the list and the list items. The link will take you to the letter "e" in the earlier example.

This is the linked page ("Layout Galaxy - Homepage"). You can note that the page is not displayed from the top heading, since the link is given to the letter "e" which is at the bottom of the page.
