By default, the user can move the position
of borders around each frame on the current screen by grabbing
the border and moving it with the mouse. To lock the border
of a frame and prevent them from being moved, use the NORESIZE attribute.
Normally, each frame is resizable. By pointing
your mouse at a frame border, you can drag the frame border to make a frame larger or smaller.
Sometimes, you will want to prevent surfers
from being able to resize your frames. The NORESIZE attribute accomplishes this goal.
For example, <FRAME
SRC="document.html" NORESIZE> means that this frame window is not resizable.
Note: Do not use
the NORESIZE attribute without a good reason; surfers will
have different screen resolutions and font sizes, and they
will often need to resize a frame to see all of its contents.
