When you define a <FRAMESET> tag, you must include one of two attributes as part of the tag definition. The ROWS attribute tells the browser to split the screen into horizontal frames whose widths are defined by ROW WIDTH values separated by commas. The COLUMN WIDTH attribute works the same as the ROWS attribute, except that it splits the screen into vertical once.
