  Frames > Linking and Targeting Frames

This divides your second frame into two columns with 20% and 80%. C.htm and E.htm are opened in these two columns of the second frame.

This frame opens D.htm file in your third frame. Save the above HTML file as Frames .htm.

Now, you have to create all the html files you specified in Frames.htm. Type the above HTML code and save as A.htm. This file is opened in your first frame.

Type the above HTML code and save as B.htm. This file is opened when you click on the second hyperlink of your second frame's first column.

Type the above HTML code and save as C.htm. This file is opened in your second frame's first column

Type the above HTML code and save as D.htm. This file is opened in your third frame.
