Choose Insert > Scene |

In Scene properties keep Loader scene above the

frame one give the following actions:-

Go to and Stop (Index, 1)

At frame two give the following action:-
Go to and Play (1) |

Make
a small movie clip with animation to put as a loader. |

Here we have made a small text animation of loading
text. |

Place this loader movie clip in the loader scene
on other layer. |

Choose Control > Test Movie
and again Control > Show
Streaming to test the loader. |
