17. Select Image > Adjust > Brightness Contrast
Adjust the brightness contrast as required.

18. To change the 'Panel Lines' Layer

Select the Layer mode from Normal to Overlay.

19. No changes will be done in the 'Ray Effect' Layer.

20. Hide the 'Center Effect' Layer, as it is not required.

21. No change is done for 'Bottom Panel Circle Big' Layer as it is not required.

22. No change is done for 'Bottom Panel Circle' for both the layers as they are just outlines for the circle.
