Insert New Layer (Ctrl+Shift+N) over the "Border"
layer and name
it as "White
Line"

Choose Pencil
Tool. Select
White color ( #FFFFFF).

Draw Vertical line of

Select Eraser
Tool. In
Options Bar choose Mode as
Airbrush
and
Pressure 100%
5. Brush
width as 100px
6. Erase
the edges of the line from top and bottom with Eraser
Tool as
shown in the image.

Go to Layer
> Duplicate Layer
and
name give layer name
as "
White Line 2"
8. Duplicate this line and shift to right hand side align with Guidelines.

view Guidelines click on View
> Show > Guides (Ctrl

Insert New Layer (Ctrl+Shift+N) & name it
as "Links
Panel Fill "

Select Rectangular
Marquee Tool (M).
Draw Rectangle as shown in the image.

Set color value as #775C59
and fill color
in the rectangle.
13. Blend this layer as
"Softlight" 1.
Select Layer
> New > Layer (Ctrl

Marquee Tool (M) and
set marquee options as Fixed
Size, Width 170 X Height 25.

Click on links panel you will get selected area fill color in selected area.
