Create New Layer (Ctrl +Shift + N) name it as "Glow"

Marquee Tool (M). Set
marquee tool options as fixed Size 6px

Draw Line with line tool and connect all bullets as shown in the image.

the logo, punchline and the symbols accorgingly as shown in the image.

Select Layer "Feather
Border"

Open Effect Image
File > Open > "Image.psd"

images. Go to Select
> All (Ctrl+A)
4. Copy
all Images. Go to Edit
> Copy (Ctrl+C)

"Toppanel.psd"
6. Go
to Edit
> Paste (Ctrl+V)
and paste the images.

Transform the image. Select Edit
> Free Transform

In Options Panel Set
"Reference Point Location" Set
width 75% Height 75%

Blend this layer as "Overlay " and set Opacity to
30%
10.
Add a Layer Mask on this Layer. Click on second icon in the layer panel.

Choose Gradient
Tool (G)
12.
Drag Mouse Bottom To top for mask Effect
13.
Change Layer Name "Layer 1" to "Effect
