Select Center Panel layer and choose Insert >
Layer

Rename the layer as 'Grids' 3.
Select frame 119 and choose Insert >
Keyframe

Using Line Tool create white grid lines
taking reference of grids in center panel Graphic 5.
Select keyframe 119 on Grids layer and choose Insert
> Convert to Symbol 6.
Convert it into a Movie Clip with Center
registration point selected and name it as 'grid lines' 7.
Double click grid lines movie clip to go inside it 8.
Rename the existing layer as 'Grids' 9.
Insert a new layer above Grids layer and drag it downward so
that it appears below Grids layer 10.
Rename the newly added layer as 'Patch' 11.
With the help of Rectangle Tool create a rectangle
(without outline) of 563px. X 29px. 12.
Fill the rectangle with gradient of two colors. Both the colors should
be white but one of them should have Alpha=0
13. Select frame 100 on Patch layer and choose Insert
> Keyframe 14.
Select keyframe 100 and with the help of Down arrow key on the keyboard
shift the patch to the bottom of the map 15.
Select frame 1 on Patch layer and in the Properties
panel select Tween as 'Shape'
and set Easing value as '0' 16.
Select frame 160 on both layers and choose Insert
> Frame 17.
Select frame 1 on Grids layer and choose Modify
> Shape > Convert Lines to Fills 18.
Select the Grids layer and choose Modify >
Layer to open Layer Properties panel 19.
In the Layer Properties panel select Type
as 'Mask' and click OK 20.
Select the Patch layer and choose Modify > Layer to open Layer
Properties panel 21.
In the Layer Properties panel select Type
as 'Masked' and click OK 22.
Come back into Scene 1 23.
Hide the Map layer and select the grid lines movie clip which
looks like a dot 24.
In the Properties panel set
Alpha = 50 25.
Now make Map layer visible 1.
Select Mask layer on top of all the layers and choose Insert > Layer

Rename the layer as 'World Network' 3.
Select frame 118 and choose Insert > Keyframe 4.
Create a small yellow dot and choose Modify >
Soften Fill Edges 5.
In the Soften Fill Edges panel assign the
values as shown in the image 6.
Select keyframe 118 on World Network layer and in the
Transform panel type 30 in either Width or Height field 7.
After transforming the dot, select it and convert it into a Graphic
with Center registration point selected and
name it as 'glow' 8.
Select the glow graphic and choose Insert >
Convert to Symbol 9.
Convert
it into a Movie Clip with Center
registration point selected and name it as 'network' 10.
Double click network movie clip to go inside it 11.
Rename the existing layer as 'Glow1' 12.
Select frame 3 and choose Insert > Keyframe 13.
Using Down arrow key on the keyboard shift the glow graphic
10px. downward 14.
Select frame 5 and choose Insert > Keyframe 15.
Now shift the glow graphic 5px. upward 16.
Select keyframe 1 and in the Properties panel
select Tween as 'Motion' and set Easing
value as '0'. Similarly, assign Motion Tween
for keyframe 3 17.
Select glow graphic on keyframe 1 and in the
Properties panel set Alpha
= 0 18.
Select glow graphic on keyframe 3 and in the
Properties panel set Brightness
= 100 19.
Insert a new layer above Glow1 layer and rename it as 'Glow2' 20.
Select frame 3 and choose Insert > Keyframe

Choose Window > Library > glow graphic and
drag the glow Graphic on the stage 22.
Place the glow graphic in some other continent on the world map 23.
Select frame 5 and choose Insert > Keyframe 24.
Using Down arrow key on the keyboard shift the glow graphic
10px. downward 25.
Select frame 7 and choose Insert > Keyframe 26.
Now shift the glow graphic 5px. upward 27.
Select keyframe 3 and in the Properties panel
select Tween as 'Motion' and set Easing
value as '0'. Similarly, assign Motion Tween
for keyframe 5 28.
Select glow graphic on keyframe 3 and in the
Properties panel set Alpha
= 0 29.
Select glow graphic on keyframe 5 and in the Properties
panel set Brightness = 100 30.
Select frame 240 on both layers and choose Insert
> Frame 31.
Similarly, create animation for more three glow graphics on different
layers 32.
Place the glow graphics in different continents 33.
Select frame 240 on all layers and choose Insert
