Insert a new layer below Glow1 layer and rename it as 'Path'

frame 14 and choose Insert > Keyframe 36.
Using Line Tool create white lines
connecting all five glow graphics 37.
Insert a keyframe at frame 23 and change the color of lines
to 'Light Orange' or any other color of your choice 38.
Insert a keyframe at frame 30 and change the color of lines
to 'Dark Orange' or any other color of your choice 39.
Select keyframe 14 and in the Properties panel
select Tween as 'Shape' and set Easing
value as '0'. Similarly, assign Shape Tween
for keyframe 23 40.
Insert a new layer above Path layer and rename it as 'Mask' 41.
Insert a keyframe at frame 14 and create a rectangle patch
over the path lines 42.
Insert a keyframe at frame 23 and 30 43.
Select keyframe 14 and in the Info panel
type Width of instance as 3.0 and shift
the rectangle to the right (near to the last glow Graphic) 44.
Select keyframe 23 and shift the rectangle downward so that
it looks something like this

Create Shape Tweening between keyframe

Mask the Path layer with Mask layer above it 47.
Insert a new layer named as 'Glow6' above Glow5 layer and insert

At keyframe 31, place glow graphic exactly over Glow1

Insert a keyframe at frame 40 and move the glow graphic over

Similarly, insert keyframes at frames 50, 60, 70 and place the glow

Create Motion Tweening between keyframe

Select frame 71 and choose Insert > Blank Keyframe 53.
On Glow1 layer insert keyframes at frame 72 and 77 54.
Select keyframe 77 and in the Transform panel
type 400 in either Width or Height field 55.
Select the glow graphic at keyframe 77 and in the Properties
panel set Alpha = 0 56.
Select keyframe 72 and in the Properties panel
select Tween as 'Motion' and set Easing
value as '100' 57.
Select frame 78 and choose Insert > Blank Keyframe Similarly,
create animation for other glow graphics (i.e. for Glow2, Glow3, Glow4, and Glow5
layers) 58.
Select frame 72 and 77 on Mask layer and insert keyframes 59.
Select keyframe 77 and shift the rectangle downward as we
had done earlier 60.
Insert one more keyframe at frame 88 and in the Info
panel type Width of instance as
3.0 and shift the rectangle to the right (near to
the last glow Graphic) 61.
Create Shape Tweening between keyframe
72 and 88 This
animation will run in a loop. If you want to add more interaction in the animation
you can continue the animation by changing the positions of the glow graphics
on the world map. Note: Refer the toppanel.fla to check how it is done.

Insert a new layer above World Network layer and name it as 'Actions'
64. Insert
a keyframe at frame 120 65.
Select keyframe 120 and choose Window > Actions 66.
