and name it as " Top Color Patch"

Create a rectangular selection in a perspective angle as shown
in the below image by keeping the yellow rectangle as a base.
40. Set Foreground color to Hex value #F19A04

Fill the perspective selection with the Foreground color.

In Layers Window, Select the blending mode as Color Burn
and decrease Opacity to 50%

Create new layer over the "Top Color Patch"
layer and name it as "$ Sign"

Select the Type Tool, Click at the center of the yellow

Type dollar ( $ ) sign (Shift+4), set Font size
as Arial Black, Regular, 300 px., Crisp.

In Layers window decrease Opacity to 10% of the dollar
sign.

For Dollar selection, Press Ctrl on the dollar sign layer.

Create new layer over the "$ Sign" layer
and name it as "$ Sign Border"

Select > Modify > Expand,
Expand by 8 px.

Click on Edit > Stroke

New layer over the " $ Sign Border " layer
and name it as " Yellow Color Effect "

Create a Perspective Selection as shown in the below
image. Choose Select > Save Selection
and Save the selection with a relevant name or the deafult
name given by Photoshop i.e Yellow Patch Transperancy.

Set Foreground color to Hex value #FFF2BA

Fill the selection with Foreground color.

Choose Airbrush
Tool from the Tool Box.

Select Window > Show Options,
Set the Brush Size to 300, Mode Normal, Pressure 100%

Choose Layer > Add Layer Mask
Layer
mask can also be added through a shortcut by clicking on second
icon at the bottom bar of Layers window.

Double click on the Masked Layer, the Foreground and Background
layer turns Black and White. Move the Airbrush
Tool at the center. The yellow fill in the center
will become transperant and blend with the bg effect.
To
create a
Yellow Patch Border

Choose Select > Load Selection
and load the saved selection.

Create New layer over the "Yellow Color Effect"
layer and name it as "Yellow Patch Border"

Click on Edit > Stroke

Set Stroke Values: Width 1 px, Color Value: #CBB400,
Location: Center, Mode: Normal, Opacity: 100% &
Click OK.
