Layer And Masking > Adding Layer Effect

  Inner Glow

The Inner Glow effect turns the Outer Glow effect inwards. The inner glow effect makes an object look semi-transparent and internally lit up.

The settings for Inner Glow are the same as for Outer glow, with the exception of the two options given in a table here.

Edge Makes the lighting emanate from the outer edge of the object.
Center Produces a more focused light source.

To apply Inner Glow effect, Select Layer 1.

Right click on Layer 1.

Select Effects.

Deselect Apply option, to deselect Drop Shadow effect.

Select Inner Glow instead of Drop Shadow.

Click on Apply option.

Click on OK.
