There may be situations, where we are required to give distorted appearance to the picture. To achieve this, we can use the Distort filters. We shall now see a demo on how to give a spherized effect to an image.

To apply the effect to the entire image without any selection, directly click on the Filter menu. However a portion of the image can also be selected.

Select the Distort option.

Now select the Spherize option.

Spherize dialog box appears. Set the Amount field as required.

Click OK. The image appears with a spherized effect.
